Update #1.
This is my first report completely dedicated to my story idea. I've made progress and now have an indefinite idea that I can work on and that could become something.
Crawl Space
A first-time buyer at a house viewing notices a small door that the estate agent refuses to acknowledge. Where will her curiosity lead her?
The Plot
A first-time buyer is being shown around a house. Walking into one of the bedrooms, the buyer notices a small door in the corner of the room. The seller tells her that it's nothing special but something draws the buyer in. The seller excuses themselves to take a phone call, and the buyer takes their chance. Opening the door on all fours, they crawl inside, and suddenly, the door slams behind them. As they bang on the door, calling for help, the seller walks back into the room. Still on the phone, the seller says "send the next one in" and hangs up.Characters
The estate agent is a well-dressed 20-30 year old man. He shows the buyer around the home and talks them through the features. He's dismissive about the door that the buyer mentions but otherwise is friendly. However, there's the underlying malignant side to the estate agent. He wants the buyer to climb inside the small door, but performs very basic reverse psychology by telling her that it's something non-interesting/ brushes it off. This makes her more interested.
The buyer is a 20-30 year old, just-married woman (her husband is at work and so couldn't make it to the house tour). She is positive about the house and is very eager to open The Door.

Goal
The buyer's goal is to see what is behind the door. The estate agent's goal is to use reverse psychology on the buyer in order to get her to climb inside the cupboard.
Conflict
The buyer wants to know what is behind the door but the seller is being vague in his answers and she is having to try and convince herself out of the curiosity.
Change
The change (or twist, in this case) is the reveal that the seller is trying to coax people into getting trapped behind the door. This brings up the question from the audience: What is behind the door? Why does the seller want people to go in?
The Location
As for the location, this may be my difficulty. I have posted on 4 local groups on Facebook, asking if anyone knows about somewhere I could use to film. I have not received any actual locations available but a lot of local people have shared my post to get the message out and given me suggestions. I am also planning on visiting some letting agents and asking if they would be able to help, but I feel this would be more difficult and I will likely need to pay them for their help. It would be easier to find a homeowner I can directly liase with and cut out the middle-man.
The Inspiration
A tiny door I found in one of my classrooms. The door was probably just to some sockets, but I was curious and was trying to open it quietly. The more I couldn't open it, the more curious I became, and this is where the initial idea of 'The Door' came from. I had also seen Room 8 by James W. Griffiths previously, and I liked the twist at the end. This inspired the fact of the estate agent knowing about the door, and this production was also based around curiosity.
