Production.
This project is our final of the course and thus, seen by me at least as the most important. To me, this project will wrap up and represent everything I have been working towards, as well as what we have been working towards as a crew the past 3 years. Myself, Esme, Ebony, and Harvey have been working together since the first project, and so this project means a lot to us as a group.
Due to the corona-virus outbreak, this project is going to go in a direction that we weren't initially prepared for. Obviously, because of social distancing, we won't be able to make the film we have been planning. However, I still need to be able to present work that has gone into this project from the perspective of the producer role, as well as how I've communicated that to my crew.

Goals
For this project, I want to have some clear goals to work towards, since the film can't be the main one. I've broken it down into sections as follows.
- Extensive research into what producers do during production
- Examples of producers with methodologies that inspire me
- Examples of films and TV programmes that have been made in a way that I am inspired by
- Compile how I would be working during production if I were to be making the film
- Evidence paperwork and extensive planning into the project and how it will be made
- Evidence of working with my crew
Project Plan
To make sure I fulfill everything I need to do for this project, especially with needing to execute the criteria in a way that is less physical and more in my written work, I want to follow a project plan to keep on track.
- Because I won't be able to present a film, I'll instead do another read of my script and ensure that it's completely the right professional format and ensure that it would be ready for production. To do this I'll also do a script analysis blog post.
- To support the script and the hypothetical shoot, I'll do the same for the pre-production paperwork and record any updates I make to the paperwork on my blog, and why I made the changes that I did.
- There isn't much I can evidence for the extract, but I do have footage from a behind-the-scenes film I started. It will probably end quite abruptly but I'll still give that to Harvey so that he has something to edit and we can evidence the work we did in the beginning with test shoots and meetings.
- We don't have photos of the cast to use for the production poster, however, I might see if Harvey is interested in doing something that's a bit more graphics-based. However, this doesn't really suit the style of the film and I think I'll need to put some more thought into it. There might be some photos of Herne Bay that I can use.
Alongside other relevant research, communication, and professional practice evidence, this will hopefully cover all of the bases for the project to fulfill the criteria.
